Our Tiny Houses

Our Tiny Houses on Wheels have been architecturally designed to be clever and comfortable. ​

We offer several base models to help you get started on your journey to building a Tiny House on Wheels. The list below is ordered from the smallest to the largest build. ​​

​​

Without a bathroom - ​

  • Forest Creek Mini - open plan with kitchenette, bed and lounge

  • Forest Creek Retreat - open plan, sunken lounge/loft with kitchenette 

 

With a bathroom - 

  • Acacia (1-2 person) - Single-storey base designs 

  • Caladenia (1-2 person) - Single loft base designs

  • Dianella (2-4 person) - Double loft base designs

We also offer simple bedrooms, studios/workshops and 10m2 sheds. These builds exclude plumbing, but like all our other builds, can be customised to suit your needs.

WHAT'S INCLUDED? 

ALL OUR PLANS INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING

4- REVIEW YOUR NEW HOME

Come and take a walk through your framed Tiny Home, or alternately we'll send photographs or take you on a virtual tour.

5- CONFIRM TAPWARE AND TILES

Choose your tiles, fixtures and other pretty features 

6- PAYMENT FOR LOCK UP

In non-builder speak this means your internal and external cladding will be on and the plumbing and electrical works commences! It's starting to look like a home now!

10- DELIVERY & FINAL PAYMENT

We require approximately 3 months to complete your Forest Creek Tiny Home. Two weeks prior to the completion of your Tiny Home we will confirm a delivery date ensuring the relevant VicRoads transfer papers are signed and ready to go.

What's The Process?

1- CONFIRM YOUR PLANS

Firstly, together we'll confirm your plans and ensure they're carpenter literate. You want a walkway, great! You want an antigravity suspended rocking chair in your lounge room, we need to talk! With our principal carpenter and draftsperson we can turn your napkin design into something our carpenters can turn into home!

2- AGREEMENT DEVELOPMENT

Together we will write up and Agreement that outlines all the inclusions, exclusions, expected milestones dates and payment schedule of your build. We want to ensure we're all on the same page before things kick off! Once you're happy with the plans and Agreement we get started.  

3- CONFIRM YOUR PLANS

This is to get the trailer and frame up! 

7- PAINTING

If you're painting, let us know colours at this stage!

8- PAYMENT TO COMPLETION

Nearly there payment! This is 80% of the final payment which finalises plumbing and electrical, flooring, tiling, cabinetry and all the finer details of your build. 

9- WALK THROUGH YOUR HOME

Mid-way through this stage, we will invite you to come and walk through your home, alternatively, we can also provide you with photos or a virtual tour!
