Forest Creek Tinies offers several Tiny House options. Each Tiny House has been architecturally designed to be clever and comfortable.

You can view our standard plans below, remembering that all our plans are fully customisable. The below list is ordered smallest to largest.

Forest Creek Mini

Ideal for short-term or guest accommodation to accommodate 1-2-persons. Features open plan living and sleeping, kitchen and bathroom.

Acacia

Ideal for longer term or high comfort short-term living. Suitable for 1-2-persons. Features bedroom, bathroom with laundry option and open plan kitchen and living.

Caladenia

As above, but double-storey. Ideal for longer term or high comfort short-term living. Suitable for 1-2-persons. Features bedroom, bathroom with laundry option and open plan kitchen and living. The bathroom is located in a mezzanine accessed via stairs. This home features high-ceilings and lots of storage.

Dianella

Our largest Tiny, ideal for longer term or high comfort short-term living. Suitable for 1-4-persons. Features 2 private bedrooms located in a second storey. Downstairs bathroom with laundry option, kitchen, and enclosed living.

What's Included?

All our plans include the following

GET IN TOUCH

CONSULTATION

We'll confirm your plans and ensure they're carpenter literate and we will create an agreement that clearly outlines all the details of the project, including what is included and excluded, expected milestones, dates, and the payment schedule. To initiate the project, the first payment will cover the trailer and frame, which will be the foundation of the project. Once you are satisfied with the plans and the agreement, we then proceed with the construction.
BUILD

Once your spot in the build queue comes up our team of skilled tiny house builders will begin building. Our team will communicate with you and keep you up to date with each step, so you can be apart of the build journey. You can come and take a walk through your framed Tiny Home, or alternately we'll send photographs or take you on a virtual tour.
FINAL PAYMENT & DELIVERY

This is 80% of the final payment which finalises plumbing and electrical, flooring, tiling, cabinetry and all the finer details of your build. We require approximately 3 months to complete your Forest Creek Tiny Home. Two weeks prior to the completion of your Tiny Home we will confirm a delivery date ensuring the relevant VicRoads transfer papers are signed and ready to go.

CONFIRM YOUR PLANS

Firstly, together we'll confirm your plans and ensure they're carpenter literate. You want an antigravity suspended rocking chair in your lounge room - we need to talk! With our principal carpenter and draftsperson we can turn your napkin design into something our carpenters can turn into a home!)

AGREEMENT DEVELOPMENT

Together we will write up and Agreement that outlines all the inclusions, exclusions, expected milestones dates and payment schedule of your build. We want to ensure we're all on the same page before things kick off! Once you're happy with the plans and Agreement we get started.

PAYMENT FOR THE FRAME

This is to get the trailer and frame up!

REVIEW YOUR NEW HOME

Come and take a walk through your framed Tiny Home, or alternately we'll send photographs or take you on a virtual tour.

CONFIRM TAPWARE AND TILES

Choose your tiles, fixtures and other pretty features

PAYMENT FOR LOCK UP

In non-builder speak this means your internal and external cladding will be on and the plumbing and electrical works commences! It's starting to look like a home now!

PAINTING

If you're painting, let us know colours at this stage!

PAYMENT TO COMPLETION

Nearly there payment! This is 80% of the final payment which finalises plumbing and electrical, flooring, tiling, cabinetry and all the finer details of your build.

WALK THROUGH YOUR HOME

Mid-way through this stage, we will invite you to come and walk through your home, alternatively, we can also provide you with photos or a virtual tour!

DELIVERY & FINAL PAYMENT

We require approximately 3 months to complete your Forest Creek Tiny Home. Two weeks prior to the completion of your Tiny Home we will confirm a delivery date ensuring the relevant VicRoads transfer papers are signed and ready to go.

Guiding You Throughout The Way

Forest Creek Tinies is with you all the way! We can offer advice and industry connections to ensure you're prepared for going Tiny. For example, there are several things to organise prior to the arrival of your Tiny House. This includes -

Access to your Tiny such as stairs, ramp or decking.
Compliance with Council approvals
Tiny House insurance
Delivery of your Tiny House
Clear and safe access to the site. Ensure trees, tree canopies or any other obstructions will not restrict access.
Land is levelled
Grey Water systems
