BUILD TO BUDGET

Our clients are clever, they're creative, they're well-connected, and sometimes have budgets that prevent Tiny living altogether.

These are just some of the reasons you might choose a 'Build to Budget' Tiny House and finish the rest yourself.

We're proud to offer our Tiny House plans and yours, Built to Budget. This option can get you started on your Tiny journey from as little as $55,000. 

​

Most of our Tinies are built with our clients' unique tastes in mind; however, this approach to building allows you to make it your own - and go Tiny without breaking the bank. 

​

Raw Products 

One way to build to your budget is to go Raw. What does this mean? It means we make your home a habitable space, i.e., the construction of the trailer, frame, and the work of all specialist trades like sparkies, chippies, and plumbers, and leave the final touches and design details to you. This means you will be required to - 

​

• Patch, sand, and finish internal linings, i.e. paint or oil.

• Finish the flooring, i.e., sand and oil the plywood flooring, or lay a hardwood floor.  

• Source and tile splashbacks

• Source and install internal cabinetry doors and drawer fronts.

More or less... 

Our Build to Budget approach means we can do more, or we can do less. Just want a frame and trailer? No worries! Want it all, but leave the painting to you? Can do! Get in touch and let us know your budget, and we'll quote accordingly.

Buddy Add-on 

You can now also add a "buddy" option to your Build To Budget project. This includes up to three consultation meetings (phone) throughout the life of your build, once it leaves our workshop. You have the option to add more consultations as well as a site visit, or a video call.
