Our Caladenia design is one of our best-selling sets of plans (single-loft, open lounge design).

The plans are straightforward, which makes it easier to envision yourself in the house, strategising over an imaginary cup of tea, and determining what works and what doesn't.

"Ditch the balustrade and extend the loft further into the house" - You bet ya. "I reckon an open bedroom space with storage would look ace there" - Sure thing! "Also, make the fittings high spec, here's a list of all the bits and bobs I love" - Noted!

When this client came to us with her vision for her Tiny House, we hadn't to date built one specified down to the millimetre. She had very clear ideas about the design and the materials she wanted - it was as if she'd lived every detail in her head, as though she knew the house inside and out before it was even built! This strong direction not only made the build super enjoyable, but it was also an exciting challenge for us as we navigated new materials and new suppliers to bring to life a highly specified plan. There was aluminium sheeting, powder-coated ply lining, and a multi-level ground floor, to name a few! (N.B. Not shown in these images are perspex safety panels on the stairs, installed later.)

After a custom-length build time, we delivered her Tiny House on Wheels safely and soundly to her new home!

This Tiny House is as beautiful in real life as these gorgeous snaps by Willy Pleasance.

We hope you enjoy them!
